What day does my pass expire/is my pass still valid?
This depends on the type of pass you have.
Single Day Park Tickets is a single use ticket that can be presented within 12 months of purchase.
7 Day Multi Park Pass is a seven consecutive day ticket that can be presented within 12 months of purchase.
14 Day Multi Park Pass is a fourteen consecutive day ticket that can be presented within 12 months of purchase.
If you cannot remember when you purchased the pass, or are still unsure of what date your pass expires, please call 13 33 86 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
I am trying to book online and my booking won't process, what do I do?
If you are having trouble booking online, please call 133 386 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
Are children entitled to discounted tickets?
Children from 3 - 13 years of age are eligible for a child's Single Day Pass. Children under the age of 3 can enter the park free of charge.
What tickets are available for companions of guests with disabilities or guests with special needs?
Guests who produce a Companion Card (https://www.dss.gov.au/our-responsibilities/disability-and-carers/program-services/for-people-with-disability/national-companion-card) are entitled to one (1) free of charge Companion Ticket so that their companion can provide care and support during the visit. Companion tickets are available at the Front Gate Admissions booths only on presentation of the card on the day of the visit. Please refer to Conditions of Entry for further information.
Guests who produce a Carer’s Card issued by relevant State or Commonwealth authorities (as opposed to a Companion Card) will be entitled to a discounted admission rate on presentation of the card at the park Admission booths.
Rates are available for holders of a State or Commonwealth authority's Disability Pension card at the ticket booths on the day of your visit upon card presentation.
Guests with any special needs should visit Guest Services upon arrival and our friendly team will provide assistance in planning their day.
All Village Roadshow Theme Parks offer parking for guests with disabilities. Limited wheelchair hire is available at all parks however during peak periods we recommend to call ahead to Guest Services to book in advance of your visit.

Do children under 3 need a ticket?
Children under the age of 3 years old do not require a ticket to enter but must be accompanied by a paying adult. For children aged 3 and above, a ticket is required for entry.
Are there special tickets for kids?
Yes, discounted single day child tickets are available for children aged 3 to 13 years. No child discounts are available on annual passes.
What if my child turns 3 during our visit?
If your child is under 3 at the time of entry, they do not need a ticket. If they are 3 or older, they will require a valid ticket.
Who needs a ticket to enter the Theme Parks?
Anyone aged 3 years and older requires a ticket to enter any of the Theme Parks.
Why is my Annual Pass name changing?
We’re updating the name of our Annual Pass to better reflect all the fun and benefits it gives you.
Will my pass still work?
Yes! Your pass remains valid with all the same benefits and access. Only the name is changing.
When will the new name take effect?
The new name will be live from 19 November.
Do I need to do anything?
No action is needed. Your pass is still valid, and all inclusions stay the same.
Will I lose any special perks or offers?

How will I know my pass has the new name?
You’ll see the new name reflected in email communications. Your pass name will not update in the App.
How many times can I change the date of my visit?
You can change your visit date up to five times, up until 9am on the date of your visit. Please note, additional charges may apply depending on the new date of your visit. If you require a further amendment, please telephone 133 386. Please note: No refunds are issued if you are modifying your date to a lower priced tier.
