At Village Roadshow Theme Parks, we aim for every guest's visit to be an exciting, fun-filled and unforgettable experience. The following information is to assist our guests with planning their visit to the park and maximising their enjoyment of our facilities. Guests will find specific advice for individuals with disabilities, injuries and medical conditions, along with general park policies and guidelines.
We want to make sure that a day on the farm is an enjoyable family experience that will never be forgotten.

Accessibility
Are assistance animals permitted entry to the park?
Assistance Animals are welcome; however, for safety reasons they are not permitted to ride attractions. Assistance Animals must be on a lead, not left unattended and wear vests that identify their role. Guests with an Assistance Animal may be asked to provide evidence that their animal is an Assistance Animal. If sufficient evidence is not provided, we may restrict entry.
Evidence requirements include:
Accredited Assistance Animal certification:
Guide, Hearing and Assistance dog identity card or valid application notice,
Translink Assistance Animal pass or interstate equivalent.
Non-accredited Assistance Animals:
Training organisation information for verification of training and hygiene standards (subject to VRTP review)
Medical certificates verifying the Guest’s need for assistance
Current vaccination status of the Assistance Animal
If sufficient evidence is not provided, we have the right to restrict entry to any animals, where it is reasonably necessary to protect public health or the health of other animals in our care.

We would appreciate you contact us 72 hours prior to your visit so we can ensure that the relevant Wildlife and Guest Experience teams are notified. Our team can also provide information on areas within the park that assistance animals may not be permitted.
What services are available at Paradise Country for disabled persons and others with special needs?
Guests who produce their Companion Card are entitled to 1 free of charge companion so that their companion can provide attendant care support during their visit. Guests who produce a Carer's Card (or similar) issued by relevant State or Commonwealth authorities will be entitled to a discounted admission rate.
Guests with any special needs or requirements should visit Guest Services upon arrival and our friendly team will provide assistance to assist in planning their day.
How much does it cost to hire a wheelchair at Paradise Country?
Wheelchair hire is complimentary.
A form of ID is required. A limited number of wheelchairs are available so we recommend you pre-book with Guest Services.
Where are the restrooms?
All main restrooms have facilities that are wheelchair accessible. These are located at the Homestead and next to Farmstay reception.
Is there accessible parking?
A limited number of reserved parking spaces are available in the Park for guests whose vehicles display a Disability Parking Permit. The reserved spaces are clearly marked with the International Disabilities Symbol.

Guests using wheelchairs or mobility aids
Attractions, Precincts and Shaun's Tractor Ride
In order to maximise time and enjoyment, ride and attractions guidelines are provided for guests with disabilities, medical conditions and injuries. Guests should visit Guest Services located at the Homestead before presenting to our rides and attractions to discuss suitability in consideration of ride/attraction manufacturer’s guidelines. These standards and safety systems require all guests to maintain the proper riding position, meet the ride requirements and safely navigate the execution pathways.
Dining and Shopping
The Farmhouse Restaurant and shops are accessible. Should you have specific dietary requirement please contact Guest Services prior to or during your visit.
Photographic Opportunities
Please see Guest Services for character appearance times, showtimes and animal encounters as may they change daily.
What first aid services are available?
Registered Nurses staff the Paradise Country First Aid Centre. Non-essential personal medical equipment may be stored and used at First Aid. First Aid does not supply such equipment for everyday use. Medication which requires refrigeration may also be stored at First Aid.
Admission price
Discounted single day entry admission rates are available upon presentation of a State or Commonwealth issued Disability Pension Card. Please present this card to the ticket booth cashier when purchasing admission tickets to obtain the discounted rate.
Companion & Carer Admission:
Guests who produce a Companion Card are entitled to 1 free of charge Companion Ticket so that their companion can provide care and support during the visit
Guests who produce a Carer’s Card (or similar) issued by relevant State or Commonwealth authorities (as opposed to a Companion Card) will be entitled to a discounted admission rate.
