Disabled rates are available for purchase at the ticket booths only on the day of your visit upon the presentation of a State or Commonwealth authority's Disability Pension card. A carer accompanying a disabled guest for the sole purpose of assisting that guest will be admitted free of charge with a paying guest providing a current Carer's Card (or similar) issued only by relevant State or Commonwealth authorities is produced.

Guests who produce a Companion Card (companioncard.gov.au/) are entitled to one (1) free of charge Companion Ticket so that their companion can provide care and support during the visit. Companion tickets are available at the Front Gate Admissions booths only on presentation of the card on the day of the visit. Please refer to Conditions of Entry for further information. Guests who produce a Carer’s Card issued by relevant State or Commonwealth authorities (as opposed to a Companion Card) will be entitled to a discounted admission rate on presentation of the card at the park Admission booths. Children under the age of 3 years old do not require a ticket to enter but must be accompanied by a paying adult. For children aged 3 and above, a ticket is required for entry.
No, children under the age of 3 can enter the Theme Parks for free and do not require a ticket.
Yes, discounted single day child tickets are available for children aged 3 to 13 years. No child discounts are available on annual passes.
If your child is under 3 at the time of entry, they do not need a ticket. If they are 3 or older, they will require a valid ticket.
Places in Animal encounters & experiences are limited and can be pre-booked online or by telephoning Customer Connect on 13 33 86 (or +61 7 5519 6200 from outside Australia or Free Call 0800 123 386 within New Zealand). Program dates are generally released to be booked between 1 - 2 months in advance.

The Gold Coast has a delightful subtropical climate. Average daytime temperature during summer (December to February) is 28 degrees Celsius. The average temperature in winter (June to August) is a very mild 21 degrees Celsius. The Gold Coast averages almost 300 days of sunshine per year.
Comfortable clothing and footwear is recommended for your visit to Paradise Country. Hats and sunscreen are recommended year round. A light jacket may be required in winter. The parks are a casual, family-oriented environment. Ensuring that the parks are family friendly is an important part of the Paradise Country experience.
Yes, there is free and accessible car parking however there are a limited number of car parking spaces so please arrive earlier in peak periods to avoid disappointment.

Smoking, vaping and use of e-cigarettes are permitted in the park’s designated smoking areas only, no food or beverage may be consumed in designated smoking areas under Queensland Law.
Paradise Country offers disabled parking, restrooms and wheelchair access. Wheelchair hire is complimentary. A form of ID is required. A limited number of Wheelchairs are available for hire so we recommend you pre-book with guest services.
Assistance animals are welcome; however, for safety reasons they are not permitted to ride attractions. Assistance animals must be on a lead, not left unattended and wear vests that identify their role. Guests with an assistance animal may be asked to provide evidence that their animal is an assistance animal. If sufficient evidence is not provided, we may restrict entry.
