Must have valid admission ticket to participate. Experience not included with admission. Subject to availability.

Children under 8 years are not permitted. Children between the ages of 8 and 14 years must be accompanied by a participating adult 18+

Participants must wear enclosed footwear

Small group session (maximum 4 people per encounter)

Participants must have controlled motor movements

Participants must able to speak and/or understand English or have a translator (who must meet all criteria and be a paying participant in the program)

Participants must always follow instructions of the wildlife keeper.

Participants must not have any open wounds or sores

Participants must not have any physical signs of illness such as a cold or flu

Guests with disabilities are asked to call Customer Connect on 13 33 86 directly to determine suitability to participate in this program. Please inform staff of any medical conditions during check-in.

Any guest who does not satisfy these criteria will not be able to participate in the encounter and shall not be eligible for a refund.

Animal Adventure booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.
