Don’t miss out on meeting our adorable Wombat Mayzie! This burrowing beauty joined the Paradise Country family in 2019. You will often find Mayzie napping, playing or eating her all-time favourite food, sweet potato.

Native to Australia – found in forests, mountains, and grasslands, mainly in the southeast and Tasmania.

Behaviour

Group: Wisdom – solitary, nocturnal, and territorial; dig extensive burrow systems.
